Fieldstone at Chester Springs was a 3- story 115,000 square foot new construction of a senior living facility that offers personal care and memory care. The resident rooms are served by 112 1-to-1 split systems and the common areas are serve by 4 Heat Recovery VRF systems with 86 indoor air handlers. Fresh air was delivered to the spaces with a rooftop energy recovery unit. The facility has a full kitchen with a makeup air unit and 2 kitchen exhaust fans. A lot of coordination and teamwork was required here to get this large project completed in 12 months.
