Lincoln Logistics Building 200 Core & Shell was a 878,000 square foot new construction warehouse shell with an accompanying fitout scope for UPS. The fitout scope consisted of 11 tenant areas within Building 200 totaling roughly 38,000 square feet of business and office areas for UPS and tenant accommodations throughout the warehouse area . 4 Ancillary buildings were also constructed on site including an autoshop, HR center, guardhouse, and wash bay. This was a massive project site that required precise planning and involvement from our project management, logistics, and superintendent teams. One of our most coordinated efforts on this project was a helicopter lift to set 19 heating and ventilation units and their associated duct with the units varying in weight between 8,500 and 11,000 lbs and shipping in multiple sections. We set and assembled 85 pieces of equipment in 6 hours.
