The Holmdel Meridian project was a 140,000 SF senior living facility. The primary project design consisted of 16 VRF heat recovery systems with over 200 indoor air handling units, 4 energy recovery rooftop units with associated roof duct. A total of over 20,000’ of refrigeration piping was run from each condensing units on the roof to its designated branch selector box, where it was then run to its dedicated air handling unit. BIM coordination was utilized on this project to assist in coordination.
