Our Services
Service
The division is equally as diverse as the construction division. This compliments the installations and allows us to continue the support and relationship with the customer by providing service contracts. The Service Department is backed up with the commercial installation capabilities to support any type of facility upgrade or required equipment change outs.
Quarterly inspection and preventative maintenance is the best way to prevent and reduce emergency calls. We have on-call technicians available during after hours and holidays to help our customers with HVAC emergency.
We believe that we can offer the best service by having our technicians updating their skills through various training and education. This education is often taught by a variety of manufacturers and vendors that we purchase equipment from daily. Quick reliable service is key to customer satisfaction along with comfort.
Our current service contract base is made up of hospitals, churches, schools, and commercial buildings.
Fabrication
Our custom sheet metal shop fabricates to the latest SMACNA duct construction standards. The shop includes a full Iowa Precision Coil Line capable of producing straight duct in 5’ lengths in 18 to 26 gauge, lined or unlined, using the TDC or Slip and Drive joints, and, Pittsburgh or Snap Lock seams.
Our Automated Plasma Machine provides a speedy precision layout and cutting of all the various fittings that we fabricate. Various Lock Forming and Roll Forming machines allow us to install TDC flanges on fittings as required. The Whisper Lock and Corner-Matic machines add to our ability to increase production to meet challenging construction schedules.
We also employ a Spiral Duct Forming machine for fabricating all sizes including both single wall and double wall pipe.
We manufacture Certified Welding for grease duct and industrial duct installations.
Commercial
D.J. Wagner Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc. is a full service commercial heating, air conditioning and ventilation company. Our experience is in both the plan and spec, and the design build markets. We truly believe in providing the owner and end user with a system that will satisfy their individual environmental requirements.
Our management team includes the estimating and project management departments that closely communicate and coordinate budgets and construction with the contractor or owner. Business Information Model (BIM) and 3D modeling is used throughout the preconstruction process. Construction manpower, quality control and safety are overseen by our field superintendent in conjunction with a highly qualified group of foreman and mechanics.
We pride ourselves on our diverse experience in the business. Our wide range of past projects include military installation, computer data rooms, hospital emergency rooms and operating rooms, federal and state projects, public and private schools, churches, large Assisted Living complexes, commercial office building and retail stores.
Due to the vast variety of previous projects we are experienced and qualified installers of such systems as geothermal heat pumps, variable refrigerant flow systems, chillers, water and steam boilers, rooftop VAV systems and building management systems.
Continued education for the installers and managers is a key factor of our successful, professional and safe installation. Pride in our craftsmanship and attention to details continues long lasting relationships with our clients.
