D.J. Wagner provided the HVAC installation for the Core & Shell work at Brandywine 6, a new commercial office building by the Henderson Group. The HVAC scope included setting 4 Rooftop units, 6 fan powered VAV boxes with electric reheat, a few cabinet heaters and ductless split system. Also included was all common area ductwork as well as any other associated ductwork. This project was completed on time and on budget.
