The Toms River VA Clinic was ground up construction of a 2-story, 73,400 square foot outpatient clinic for Veterans Affairs. Equipment for the project consisted of 4 rooftop energy recovery units with DX cooling and hot water heating, over 160 accompanying VAVs with hot water coils, and a rooftop mechanical penthouse containing hot water boilers and hot water heaters and associated pumps and accessories. The project utilized BIM coordination in an effort to dial in clash detection and eliminate on site coordination issues.
