D.J. Wagner was awarded the mechanical contract for the renovation of the historical Trenton Watch Factory. This renovation transformed an early 1900’s manufacturing staple within the city into luxurious apartments. D.J. Wagner’s installation included air handling units into each of the 70 apartments, new rooftop units, all duct work and associated piping as well as all HVAC accessories. D.J. Wagner completed its contract for Trenton Watch Factory on time and within budget.
