D.J. Wagner was contracted to complete the HVAC scope for Capitol Seniors Housing’s project in Morris Plains, NJ. The brand new senior living consisted of three floors, 109 living units along with lavish common areas. D.J. Wagner installed the VRF system that included an air handling unit in each living space along with those in the common areas, a total of 12 outdoor condensing units and 4 energy recovery units. Refrigeration piping was run from each air handling unit to its designated branch selector box, where it was then run to the condensing units on the roof. D.J. Wagner utilized KoolDuct on this project as opposed to traditional ductwork. This yet another D.J. Wagner project that finished on time and on budget!
