This was a Design/Build new construction project of the new headquarters for the Church and Dwight company. This 265,000 SF project had an 8 month duration from start to finish. The project consisted of 6-135 ton packaged roof top units, 330 VAV zones and duct distribution. The project was completed on time and on budget.
